Hunter Kelly Entertainment Brings Music & Comedy Together for a Soul (Sole) Purpose!!! 




Join us for the Grand-Opening of the Hunter Kelly Experience. This event is being presented by Hunter Kelly Entertainment, LLC which consists of  music journalist, Mara Hunter, (Springfield, MA native) & Comedian, Actor, Gerald Kelly whose been featured on BET’s Comic View, Comedy Central and Conan O’Brien. Mara Hunter is a music journalist and international writer for several publications. Gerald Kelly is a 20-year comedic veteran with roles in TV, movies and recently was featured on Showtime in the Chocolate Sundaes’ Showtime Special. He’s famously known as “One-Punch” in the movie, “Budz House”.




This month’s experience will feature Capone, the Gangsta of Comedy who’s currently touring with the Shaquille O' Neill All Star Comedy Jam, but took time out to come share in the Hunter Kelly Comedy Experience, hosted by fellow, NY King of Comedy, the green-eye bandit, Gerald Kelly.  These bad boys of comedy will bring their unique styles to an evening of entertainment & jokes and notes. Other comics set to perform include Nick Carelock (Springfield, MA) and comedienne, A plus (Hartford, CT). There will be special performances by up and coming young musical artists will set the tone for the launch of the “Microphones Up, Guns Down”  initiative set to hit the cities of Springfield, MA, Hartford, CT & Bronx, NY this summer. Microphones Up, Guns Down is a movement designed to teach children how to positively express themselves. Founded by actor, comedian, Gerald Kelly; the mission is to engage children with the art of performing; fueling them with positive energy to encourage them to stop gun violence and be the generation that makes it to the top. Igniting the gifts and abilities that they already have deep inside of themselves, this initiative will be used to help them to: recognize their natural talents, bring out those abilities and enhance them with the skill and knack it takes to be successful in pursuing their dreams.


This is an experience you definitely don't want to miss and it all takes place on Saturday, June 22, 2013 at the LaQuinta Inn & Suites Ballroom, 100 Congress St., Springfield, MA 01104.
